This Native American rock art design comes from the now submerged Petroglyph Canyon in Klickitat County, Washington. Petroglyph Canyon was the most publicized petroglyph site on the mid-Columbia River. Some petroglyphs were removed prior to the flooding of the area by the dam at The Dalles.
